Bob Ledger is a technology leader, entrepreneur and systems architect with more than a decade of experience building and scaling innovative digital platforms across cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure and agtech.
He is the CEO and Co-founder of Block8.ai, where he leads the development of next-generation penetration testing solutions that combine advanced AI with expert human validation to deliver faster, smarter and more accessible security outcomes. Bob also serves as a Member Director of CREST ANZ, contributing to the advancement of professional standards, capability and trust across the cybersecurity industry in Australia and New Zealand.
Previously, Bob held senior technical and leadership roles including Software Development Lead at OneStep Group, Technical Architect at ES2 and Chief Technology Officer of The Carbon Farming Foundation. In these roles, he helped develop scalable, practical and cost-effective technology solutions across cybersecurity, enterprise systems and Australia’s carbon farming sector.
A serial founder, Bob also co-founded Regen Farming News and Farmfolk, global platforms dedicated to accelerating regenerative agriculture through technology, talent and education. His early career spans enterprise security consulting, government systems, network engineering and software development.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and multiple industry certifications, including AWS Certified AI Practitioner and AWS Certified Solutions Architect. His work is driven by a commitment to building practical, future-focused solutions that help organisations operate more securely, sustainably and intelligently.
Lukasz is a certified Penetration Tester with more than 15 years of domestic and international experience delivering security assessments across a wide range of industries. Since developing a strong interest in information technology at an early age, he has performed penetration testing on more than 30,000 host systems and over 200 web applications.
His expertise spans application and infrastructure penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, network security, social engineering, wireless security, and complex enterprise environments, enabling him to deliver high-quality assessments across diverse technologies and projects.
Lukasz holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Warsaw (Poland) and the University of Glasgow (Scotland), and maintains several industry-recognised certifications, including Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Qualys Certified, Linux Professional Institute Certified (LPIC), and CompTIA Mobile Application Security+. He has also been credited with the discovery and responsible disclosure of numerous security vulnerabilities, resulting in the assignment of more than 50 Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), along with an IBM PSIRT security advisory.
Wojtek Chwała is a penetration tester and AI security researcher at Block8.ai, working at the intersection of offensive security and applied artificial intelligence. His areas of expertise include web application security, source code review, and identifying vulnerabilities within AI and large language model systems.
Wojtek has worked directly with clients across Australia and the United States, helping organisations uncover and understand security weaknesses in their applications and systems. Beyond client engagements, he regularly participates in capture-the-flag competitions and conducts independent security research to deepen his technical knowledge and stay current with emerging attack methods and technologies.
